Indian Hills Motorcycle Resort

Membership Guidelines

Indian Hills Motorcycle Resort has been established to provide a quality experience for the membership of the club at all times. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that all individuals visiting the resort contribute in a positive manner to this quality experience.  In addition, Indian Hills Motorcycle Resort operates as a private club and is accountable to the Alabama Beverage Control Board for compliance as such. 

1. Individuals enter the resort at their own risk.  Indian Hills Motorcycle Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property while visiting the resort.

2. Our top priority is safety.  Speed limit is 10 mph at all times.  Reckless driving and behavior will not be tolerated.

3. The possession of alcohol not purchased at the resort will result in immediate removal from the property and termination of membership. 

4. The possession of illegal drugs while at the resort will result in immediate removal from the property and termination of membership.

5. Membership is limited to individuals age 21 and older.  Individuals less than 21 can visit the resort as a guest.   Members are responsible for the supervision of guest.  Members are responsible for the conduct of guest while at the resort.

6. Members or guest deemed to be disruptive will be asked to leave the property.  The first incident of this nature will be treated as a warning.  Disruptive incidents following the first warning will result in removal from the property and termination of membership.  

7. Indian Hills Motorcycle Resort is neutral ground for motorcycle clubs.  All clubs are invited to join and participate freely.
